I’m specifically looking for a girl for this room, as the room next door is occupied by an 18-year-old German/Spanish girl. Upstairs, there are two German guys (both 20 years old), so it will be a friendly and international household.

• 5 minutes by bike to Groningen Central Station
• 5 minutes by bike to the city centre
• 15 minutes by bike to Zernike Campus
• Supermarket just around the corner

• Approximately 10.2 m²
• €719.58 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet and service costs
• Private sink in the room
• Shared garden
