Over de woonruimte

Hey! We are looking for a new temporary roommate in our student house in Vinkhuizen from the first of July until the first of February (7 months). 

The room is approximately 12m2 big, and has a big window to the back yard, allowing for natural light at the desk. It is on the ground floor, and you have your own radiator, sink and mirror - convenient, as you don’t have to wait in line to get ready in the mornings. 

You’ll share the house with 4 other great roommates. At the moment, we do house nights every 2nd week and we consider ourselves to be a very social house that does a lot together. The house has shared spaces such as a living room, kitchen, bathroom, shower, and our personal highlight - a front and back garden (we keep it tidy with a weekly cleaning rooster). It is located within walking distance to grocery stores and only 5 minutes biking from the Zernike campus.

I am subletting the room, so it comes fully furnished for a refundable deposit of 450€. The rent is around 450€ per month including utilities, with a one-time energy payment of 108€. Registration with the municipality is possible.

Please keep it simple and be yourself :) The viewing will be arranged on the 26th May, so make sure that you can make it! (In-person meetings are preferred)
