Hey! A room in our student house in Vinkhuizen will become available indefinitely from middle of June; therefore, we are looking for a new roommate. We are looking for a male (20+) who is planning on staying for at least a year.

You’ll share the house with 4 other great roommates (mixed gender, dutch and internationals). At the moment we do house nights every 2nd week and we consider ourselves to be a very social house that does a lot together. The house has shared spaces such as a living room, kitchen, bathroom, shower, and our personal highlight - a front and back garden. It is located within walking distance to grocery stores like Lidl and Albert Heijn, and is a 7 min bike to Zernike and 10 min to city centre. 

The room will be available from June 15th. The rent is around €450 per month including utilities, with a one-time deposit of €350. The room comes furnished. Furniture will cost €100. Due to previous personal investments into the house, I pass on a one-time amortisation fee of €68.66 that you will receive back once you move out. Registration with the municipality is possible.
