I am subletting a furnished studio apartment in a residential building in the centre of Groningen from early August until the end of January (6 months).
The studio is located on the top floor and features high ceilings with exposed beams. It includes a private kitchen, a combined living and sleeping area, and a shared bathroom (the toilet is shared with one other person, the shower with three people). Large windows provide plenty of natural light and give the space a unique character compared to typical student rooms.
The studio is situated in the heart of Groningen. The Academy Building is a five-minute walk away, and the nearest Jumbo supermarket can be reached in about five minutes by bike. The neighbourhood offers a wide range of cafés, restaurants, vintage shops, bookshops, and bars, making it an ideal location for students.
The total monthly rent is €950 (€700 base rent plus €250 utilities), and the deposit is €900. The landlord has explicitly approved the sublet for this period. The studio is especially suitable for a student coming to Groningen for a minor, Erasmus exchange, or internship who is looking for a central and characterful place to live.
