I’m looking for 2 social and tidy roommates from the end of July onwards. The rooms are part of a 3 bedroom appartment which you would be sharing with me :)
- The first room is 11m2 w/ a washbasin. The rent is 475€ + 150€ utilities /month.
- The second room is 17m2 with its own balcony. The rent is 625€ + 150€ utilities /month.
The appartment comes with a shared living room 21m2, a shared kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and a shed for extra storage.
It is on the Gorechtkade, 5min from the UMCG, 15min from Zernike, 5min from the centre, the lidl and jumbo are around the corner.
