Hello everyone! I’m looking for a female tenant to take over my room in a beautiful city centre apartment located on Gedempte Kattendiep. It’s an amazing and super convenient location, just steps away from Jumbo and Albert Heijn, and a short walk over to Grotemarkt, Viskmarkt, and the station!

- Rent: €816 per month (all utilities and internet included)
- Contract: Starts 1 April 2026, for an indefinite period, and registration is possible!
- Deposit: €700, and the room will be taken over including my furniture (price to be discussed)

You’ll share the apartment with one PhD student, Elise! She is super friendly, tidy, and very easy to communicate with! We would prefer the new tenant to also be in their late studies or working, so that the lifestyles blend well together.
