Over de woonruimte

Hello, I am looking for a new roommate since my current one decided to quit their studies. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to register at the apartment. It is located right below the city centre and is about 15-20 minutes from Zernike Campus by bike. The apartment is fully furnished and I would be happy to show or explain more upon interest. The room comes with its own balcony and also has a bed and a table. Some of the utilities that the apartment includes are a washing machine and a dishwasher. You would have your own room which is on the other side of the apartment compared to mine which means you will have your peace but we would share everything else. Also I am not sure about the size of the room, the size that I have put is an estimate.

A bit more about myself - I am a 20 year old guy from Croatia in my 3rd year of the Creative Media and Game Technologies study at Hanze University. Currently I am doing an internship at UMCG so I am usually not home Monday till Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and I also work Saturday evenings at a restaurant. I like to have people over to hang out every so often, but that would of course be communicated with you.
