Over de woonruimte

Hii room seeking people (f, x, internationals welcome!)
My room in Paddepoel will become available halfway august, perfect for if you want to move in before the start of your studies :)
It's an attic room of approximately 14m² (bigger but with lower ceiling at the edges) with air-conditioning(!) and an extra storage space next to it, so you have the floor for yourself. 
It's a calm and chill house where we do like to chat in the kitchen but mostly do our own thing, as we don't have a shared living room. We do have a garden, but it's mostly bike storage sadly. The neighbourhood is chill too and there are parks nearby and of course zernike campus! 

You will be living with 3 other nice Dutch and international roomies, of which one will move out soon and the other just moved in and one roomie has cute pet rats. There is one girl living in the studio as well who you'll see around. 
We're looking for a calm person who likes animals and please shoot us a message about yourself if this sounds like a good fit! The viewings will be at August the 4th or later this week, so please only respond if you'll be able to come then! A videocall is no problem, if you don't mind not seeing the room in person
