Over de woonruimte

We are looking for a third roommate in Vinkhuizen! There are two rooms of 8m2 (bedroom) and 5m2 (office), and the living room (shared) is 26m2. In the bedroom, there will be a bedframe, a mattress, a nightstand, a closet, some hangers in the closet, and a laundry basket provided. In the office, there will be a desk, a desk chair, and a desk lamp provided.

There is a toilet room, a shower room, a living room, a kitchen, and a front+back garden available as shared spaces. There are two other roommates living in the house. There is a shopping center 3 minutes away by foot, Zernike is about 10 minutes by bike, and the city center is also about 10 minutes by bike.

Some important things to note:
-There is a cat here at the property
-The rent is excluding utilities

We are two women looking for another female roommate who doesn't mind being social, who would be interested in watching something together or having a drink. We spend evenings playing games and having dinner together, and as long as you can feel comfortable coming and going in the common areas of the house, that would be ideal. We would just like to live with someone who doesn't act like a stranger the whole time :)
