Over de woonruimte

Hey international girls! 
From the second week of May, a room in our cozy house at the Bankastraat will become available!
We are looking for a clean and spontaneous person who already has their own life in the city, but also likes to have fun with the house! :) 
The contract is for a minimum of 1 year and can be renewed after. We are 4 girls with two being Dutch and two international. We like this mix so to keep it up, we are looking for an international girl around the age 20-25 who has not finished their studies yet 🕺🏻
The house has a perfect location; Noorderplantsoen is at walking distance, the city centre only a 5 minute bike ride and Zernike Campus a 10 minute bike ride. The stores are around the corner as well! 
We share the kitchen, bathroom, two toilets and a very nice garden, perfect for summer ;) 
We have no obligations, but we do really like to spend time together. 
The room is around 10m2 and the rent is 395 euros plus WiFi and laundry machine (~€21). Additionally are the costs for the pieces of furniture that have to be taken over (couch, bed, closet).
