Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my SSH Short Stay contract for a lovely, fully furnished room in Groningen.

The room is bright, spacious, and very cozy vibe (see photos!). The apartment itself is very calm, but you can invite someone over anyime:)
It comes fully furnished, including:

Bed
Desk & chair
Wardrobe / storage
---Only the vanity and the grey furniture wont stay here
Bathroom includes everything as it is:)
+lots of natural light

It truly feels like home and is perfect for a student who wants a comfortable, peaceful space with:

Total rent: €796.89 per month (all-inclusive)

📅 Contract Period

Start: I would possibly move out latest by the end of January, so the room will be available either from February 1st or March 1st. (depends on SSH!)

End: 30 July 2026

👤 Who can take it over?

One person

Student / international student

No pets (SSH rule)

The takeover will be handled officially via SSH, so everything is safe and reliable.
