Over de woonruimte

Hi there!

We are looking for a new roommate in Groningen. We live in a cozy four-bedroom home with a front and back yard, spacious living/dining room, quality kitchen, shower, toilet, and washing machine. It is located in Vinkhuizen which is 5 minutes by bike to Zernike campus (and ACLO gym), and  15 minutes to the city centre by bike. Thrift stores are also close-by :) and plenty of supermarket amenities (Lidl, Aldi, Alberheijn, and Jumbo).

What we look for in a roommate: someone who we can get along with, is clean, organised, and can take responsibility. Internationals are VERY welcome!!

What can you expect: a spacious room on the second floor of the house that includes a built-in wardrobe. (It may be possible to take over furniture) You will live with an Argentinian 2nd-yeasr student and a German second-year student. The rental period is from 1st of July 2024 indefinitely.

Rent excl.: 500-526€ (
Rent incl.: 606,20€ (this may change dependent on energy consumption)
