Over de woonruimte

The room is 12 m² and features a single bed, a large window that lets in plenty of natural light, two wardrobes with hangers, a large desk and a comfortable study chair; it also has its own sink, which is very convenient.

The house is shared with five other students, but since there are two bathrooms and two kitchens, it doesn't feel crowded. There is a shared living room with two sofas and a large dining table.

The property is located in Geleen, less than a 15-minute walk from the train station, and offers good connections to Maastricht and other cities. An Albert Heijn and a Lidl are just 5 minutes away, yet the area remains a quiet and peaceful place to live.

The total rent is €625 (utilities included), and the deposit is equivalent to two months' rent. The room is available from now.
