Hey future housemate!

A room will become available in our cozy student house in August, so we’re looking for a fun, social male student to join us.

You’ll be living with three other housemates: one guy and two girls. The house is currently going through a bit of a reshuffle. So the household is kind of starting fresh, and we’re all excited to get to know each other and build a nice atmosphere together. 
We all would like to spend time together, like having a drink or just chilling in the living room, or cooking together but everyone also likes to have their own time every now and then. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, nothing is forced and everything is possible.

The location is great: only 5 minutes by bike to Saxion and 15 minutes to the University of Twente, and just around the corner from Lidl and Aldi. The room comes furnished and we‘re looking for someone who’s willing to take over the furniture (price is negotiable).

Rent is 460€ per month including utilities. Registration at the address is possible. The landlords drop by once a year to make sure everything stays in good shape, so the house is well-maintained.
