Over de woonruimte

Hey! A room will become available in our student house in Enschede in August 🏡

Since one of our roomates is going abroad, we are looking for an Erasmus student that would like to sublet her room from August to the end of January :) 
We are Huize Skipbidi and live with 6 housemates (2 men/ 4 women) in a cozy house where we regularly eat together, chill, or have a drink.
There are fixed traditions such as Christmas dinner and summer barbeque 🎊 
The house is a mix of busy and quiet: there’s almost always someone around for a coffee or a game, but you can also easily retreat to your own room.

The room is 19m2 and is on the ground floor.
Our house has a washing machine that everyone can use. Also, there is a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. We have a spacious living room and a large shed for your bike. The location of the house is ideal, as it is close to the city centre as well as the Saxion (800m), the university(3 km) and the Central Station. The room will be available on 1st of february.

We’re looking for someone who:
	•	Likes eating together
	•	Is up for chill evenings/movies/drinks
