Welcome to our international student house! We're delighted to extend an invitation to join our vibrant home.

At our student house, you'll find  international students like yourself. With legal rooms ready for occupancy. Registration is simple and straightforward, ensuring a smooth transition into your new home.

Your rent includes internet, gas, water, and electricity, as well as access to the washing machine and dryer. 

Location is key. Situated between the university campus and the city center. It's 7 minutes to the campus and 10 min to city centre or Saxion.

Each room comes furnished with a bed, providing the  environment for studying, relaxing, and socializing. This room will get a new bed and if you want some furntiture out of the room or in the room we help you gladly. 

For tenants who want to start with their study from september we will put a the price down to 400,- as long as you are not in the room but still want to rent it.
