The room is a spacious attic room, pre-furnished with a 140x200 bed, cabinet, hanger, desk & desk chair. 10m2 of walkable space (>170cm), with more usable space for storage and furniture (under 170cm).

The house is cozy and all the roommates are chill. We’re looking for a relaxed and clean student. The length of stay is flexible, but preferable for at least a year.

The room is 615€ all included (499€ excl, + 116€ advance for water, gas, electricity, internet and municipal costs).

In the house, there is a shared kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 bathroom with a shower & sink, and a garden backyard. We also have a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher.

Our house is very close to the UT (5 min by bike) and close to the Lidl and Albert Heijn (5 min by bike). 
This is an International student house with 5 roommates (including you?). We enjoy having conversations and sometimes watch movies together, but we’re still very respectful of our personal space and time.
