Over de woonruimte

Hello, my housemate is moving abroad, so her room will soon be available. The room is large (~26m2), with high ceilings and large windows that look down onto the street. The house is located right in the centre of Enschede so it's easy access to the Oude Markt, plenty of shops including grocery stores, and the market. It's a shared livingroom/kitchen(with dishwasher!), bathroom with toilet and shower, and a small utility room. The room is unfurnished but my housemate is looking to sell you some of the furniture you can see in the photos, including the curtains and the two white cabinets.

I am a 25 year old masters student in my last year, currently doing my thesis. All going to plan I'll finish sometime in October and likely move out not too long after that. Working on the thesis I quite like routine and spend most of the day Mon-Fri working on UT campus. My free time often has me training for an upcoming race, hanging out with friends, or attempting to learn Dutch.

I’m ideally looking for a Master’s student or young professional in their twenties (roughly 21–29). Both Dutch and international students are very welcome, provided you’re happy with an English-speaking home since I don’t speak Dutch yet. I’d prefer a non-smoker and someone who isn't a heavy drinker, I don't want the place to be a party house. That said, I'm cool with you having friends over for board games or a movie night whenever, and I would like someone who's equally comfortable with me doing the same.
