Over de woonruimte

Hi everyone!😊

We are looking for a new housemate starting 01.08.2026 (1st of August).

The room is 14m² and the rent is €597  per month (including everything g/w/e and service costs). It will come unfurnished.

The house is located in Twekkelerveld, about a 10-minute bike ride to the train station/city, and around 7 minutes to the University of Twente.

Our house is currently a mix of Dutch and international students—you’d be living with 4 housemates (for now 2 girls and 2 boys), one of which lives in a studio in the backyard.
We’re looking for someone who is clean and talkative!

We currently look for a male housemate to keep the balance in the house :)

While everyone is active and busy in their own way, we do enjoy the occasional dinner together, game night, or group activity.
