Over de woonruimte

Hi everyone!😊

We are looking for a new housemate starting 01/08/2026 (1st of August). The room is 14 m2 and the rent will be €573 per month (including everything). It is located in Twekkelerveld, about a 10 minute bike to the train station/city, and about 7 to the University.
Our house is currently a mix of Dutch and international students. You would live with 4 housemates (1 girl and 3 boys), one of which lives in a studio in the backyard.
We are looking for someone who is clean and talkative.

 We are looking for a female housemate to have a 2 girl and 3 boys balance in the end.

While everyone is active and busy in their own way, we do enjoy the occasional dinner together, game night, or group activity.

It is possible to register yourself at the address.

(From furniture expected to be taken over for a symbolic amount would be chest of drawers, bed and the 2 tables with chair/s. For a discussion could also be the cabinets, mirror.)
