Huize Zwit is a household with five people who are  looking for another housemate that wants to live in  Twekkelerveld, Enschede, right next to the campus.



Twente University is about 7mins by bike and Saxion is about 10mins by bike. In case the weather is bad, the bus leading to the UT or the Central Station has a stop right next to the building. We live above a small shopping area so doing groceries at Lidl and Albert Heijn is hassle free.



The available room is the smallest one, but upgrades to bigger rooms is possible when someone moves out. The room comes for about €400/month incl. g/w/e. Internet and washing machine cost €15/month in addition. The room has everything you need, but the previous tennant could sell some additional things.  



The kitchen, Livingroom and Bathroom are shared among 5 people (including you!) in total. There We have weekly house cleaning sessions on Saturday, if you can't make it you'd be assigned a task. We keep the common spaces clean in this student house, and we plan to keep it that way. 



We aren't the most social house but we are a clean house, with only the occasional dinner together we mostly live our own lives and eat at our own times but we do do a major cleaning session together once a week to keep everything nice and tidy. 


We have a living room with a large tv and a large balcony for inviting guests over. There is a BBQ, which we use a couple of times a year, which is especially nice in summer as the sun is shining there from 2 till sunset.
