Over de woonruimte

Hello there!
We are looking for a new Housemate, since our last Roommate is leaving our house in July. The room has its own balcony (eventhough its not really the safest) and the House is 5min away from the city center, 7min to Saxion and 17min to UT (by bike). 

We are a English speaking, female only House, with one Dutch girl (Julia who will move in in July) and one German/Tunisian girl (Ferihan who you will meet during the viewing). Julia will move in in July, since the roommate who had her room moved out last month as well. :)
We are really kind and happy people with rather an optimistic point of view!

We haven’t really been an active Studenthouse, it’s rather more relaxed. Keeping it tidy is important to us, which is why we take turns on taking out the trash but also on buying groceries for the house(e.g: toilet paper or trashbags,…). 
Its rather an old house, but it has its charm. :) Also, the washmashine is unfortunately broken and we are not intended in buying a new one, since we leave for the weekends to visit our families and then we take our dirty clothes with us to wash them there. So, we would like to find a roommate who agrees on this agreement. 

Other than that, we are open to eating together and maybe go out from time to time, while respecting our different time shedules and comfort zones.

Additionally, our landlord offers an additional room for rent. Its currently locked, so we can’t really take any pictures, but we can connect you to the landlord if you are interested in that room! (This means we are looking for 2 more Roomates)

Last but not least, we would really appreciate it if you would apply with pictures, so we can see if you match the vibe of our house :)
