Looking for a person who is fluent in Dutch so there is someone to communicate with the landlord!

From March there are two rooms available (pictures of the other room are in a different ad) of 9 m^2 for 460 per month inclusive. We are looking for someone who is fluent in Dutch to communicate with the landlord (but not necessarily). Your roomates will be a Pakistani girl, a Hungarian guy, and another new tenant. All furniture in the room can be purchased upon consultation.

UT and the center of Enschede are both 10 minutes by bike, the shopping center is within walking distance.
