Room in a mixed house. As in gender, language and status mixed. Despite the house not being a student house only, everyone excluding me and another guy are students.


Location: 
Relatively quiet for a place so close to the center
	- City center 4 mins (on foot)
	- Saxion 6 mins (by bike)
	- Bus station 10 mins (on foot)
	- Train station 15 mins (on foot)
Registration is possible.

Furnishing is partial: Mattress and the shelf next to the bad are included. As part of the room handoff I am looking for someone willing to buy off the bed frame for €20 from me. Weather you get anything else depends on how unsuccessful I am in my attempt to sell it.

Price and Costs:
We need to self-manage the house costs. The landlord wants €1664 for the whole house and we need to figure out how much more we need. So utilities are included but we pay for them ourselves. Those include gas, water, electricity, exit waters/ trash and internet. This is all done and organised by the head tenant.

Rooms:
One toilet, One bathroom, kitchen with 2 fridges, dining room with a fridge connected to a living room and a backyard with a shed to park your bike is available. Last I checked landlord has nothing against pets but ask him and the rest of the roommates beforehand.

There is no minimum rental period however the longer the better for the sanity of the head tenant. You are also expected to find the next tenant for your room when moving out.
