Over de woonruimte

I am subletting my student room in Enschede for half a year while I am on Erasmus in Portugal. The room will be available from the beginning of August. I have permission from my landlord to sublet this room.
The room consists of two separate spaces: a sleeping room with your own sink and a living area, offering a comfortable and private setup. It is part of a shared house with five other rooms and six other tenants. The housemates are friendly and social, but there are no expectations to participate in group activities—everyone respects each other’s space and independence. The house is also generally quite clean compared to other student housing in the Netherlands.
