Over de woonruimte

I’m looking for a new roommate for my apartment in Eindhoven from October 1st. The place is 96 m² and has a spacious living room with a kitchen and office area, a bathroom with both shower and bath, a separate toilet, washing machine and dryer. There’s also a bike garage and an extra storage room in the building.

The apartment is located in the Porthos building at Woensel Winkelcentrum, right next to the WoensXL shopping centre. It’s about a 10-15 minute bike ride to TU/e and city centre.

The rent per person is €1050 per month, and with utilities it comes to around €1150 in total. For now, the rental contract can be signed for fixed 1 year. Additionally, a deposit of 2x the rent is required before moving in (so €2100). You would be staying in the bedroom shown in the picture and sharing the apartment with me.
