Over de woonruimte

Dear all, 

From October 1st we have a funished room in a shared apartment available in the city center of Eindhoven on the Willem the Zwijgerstraat. The room is 24m2 . The room is furnished and provided with a bed, desk, TV, closets and a sink. Furthermore, the house has a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, seperate toilet and roofterrace, which are shared with one other international expat (male). The price is € 620 per month EXCLUDING utillities. We are looking for someone who is excellent at keeping the space clean. 

Registration is possible. 
NO SMOKING ALLOWED. 
No drugs allowed.
