Dear all, 

From July 1st we have a furnished room available in the city center of Eindhoven on the Willem the Zwijgerstraat.  

The room is 16m2 . The room is furnished and provided with fridge, microwave, bed, desk, couch and  a sink with hot and cold water. Some furniture seen the pictures will be renewed. Furthermore, the house contains a kitchen, bathroom with toilet on the 1st floor, seperate toilet on the ground floor, garden and roof terrace, which are shared by 5 other international students and expats. 
The price is € 593eu per month INCLUDING an advance payment for gas, water and electricity. 

We are preferrably looking for a female tenant. 

Registration is possible. 
No smoking allowed. 
No drugs allowed. 
No pets allowed.

The first viewing is planned on the 11th of June, both online and physical viewings are possible. In consultation, a different date is possible for a viewing.
