Dear all, 

From june 1st we have a funished room available in the city center of Eindhoven on the Willem the Zwijgerstraat.  

The room is 14m2 . The room is furnished and provided with fridge, microwave, bed, desk, couch and  a sink with hot and cold water. Furthermore, the house contains a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, seperate toilet and garden, which are shared by 5 other international students and expats. 

The price is € 592eu per month INCLUDING an advance payment for gas, water and electricity. 

We are preferrably looking for a female tenant. 

Registration is possible. 
No smoking allowed. 
No drugs allowed. 
No pets allowed.

The viewing is planned on the 10th of May, both online and physical viewings are possible. In consultation, a different date is possible for a viewing.
