I am transferring my room at The Social Hub. My room is located on the 8th floor of the building, room number 805, and it is a Standard Queen type. The Social Hub (TSH) is located right next to Eindhoven Centraal. Hence, Tu/e and Fontsy and supermarkets (AH&Jumbo) are at walking distance. It is the Standard Queen room with 18 m2 area. It has double sized bed, desk, TV, wardrobe, air conditioning and a private bathroom. The kitchen is shared with 9 other tenants. The kitchen is well equipped with 2 microwaves, dishwasher, an oven, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, cupboards, cutlery, utensils, plates. The room has its own dedicated drawer in the kitchen, as well as space in the fridge and freezer. There is a laundry area that is open 7/24. It includes free washing, dryers and ironing. Other perks of living in TSH include free access to the gym and FREE BIKES. The room gets cleaned monthly. Monthly payment is €1180 - €1230 (depends from month to month) but all is included (gas, water, electricity, free washing and dryers, internet and the most important free bike)
