I am looking for a housemate. Someone mature, calm, and friendly to share my fully furnished apartment. The available room comes with a single bed, closet, and TV, providing a cozy and comfortable space for you.

The rent is €875 per month and a deposit of 2 month's rent €1750. 

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, mini refrigerator, big refrigerator with a freezer, washing machine, and dryer. Shared spaces include a huge living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. There is also ample storage space and a parking lot available. 

The building is modern, with a big elevator for easy access.
It's a good location, with an Albert Heijn store just a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute bike ride away. The city center is not far a 10-minute bike ride or a 15-minute bus ride. For students, the universities are only 15 minutes away by bike or 30 minutes by bus.

I am looking for someone who has a permanent work contract or a student with a guarantor. It’s important that you are someone who values cleanliness and is willing to contribute to keeping the apartment tidy. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed.
