Over de woonruimte

Room is within walking distance of shopping center Woensel XL (2-3 min walk). It is less then 10 minutes from/to the city by car with plenty of parking space. Public transport is also really nice because of the Woensel XL bus station nearby (~15min to reach the city by buss).

The house has a bike storage, washing machine, very big living room, private rooftop place, and 2 gardens. 

We are open to short term tenants however we prefer long term. We will give a contract till the end of the school year and if everything is OK for both parties we will extent the contract for an undetermined time, or as long as the tenants prefers. The contracts are flexible, moving out is possible with a full months notice. 

The rent is €575, GWL €85, service €10-25

Feel free to send a message if you are interested. We can communicate in both Dutch and english however we will respond in english to make it easier. We will ask everyone to fill in a small questionnaire so we have a better idea of the profile. After that we will invite some of you for a look around on either Wednesday or Saturday.  

We will try to respond to everyone ASAP but because kamernets efficiency we will most likely only respond between 18.00 - 21.00
