The apartment is fully furnished, and the layout/furniture cannot be rearranged. There’s space for a monitor if needed.

📆 Available from  June 16th 2025 till September 15th 2025.
Tenants willing to move in/start paying immediately will of course have an advantage as the place will not stay unrented if you intend to move in a month or two months from now. Bear than in mind when responding.
