Over de woonruimte

Lovely top-floor room available in a detached house, located in a quiet area right opposite a beautiful forest.

The location is ideal: less than a 3-minute commute to TMO and very close to IVA. Additionally, a bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away. By bus it takes you 10-15 min to station Driebergen Zeist, from there its a 7 min intercity train to Utrecht central.

The room features a dormer window that lets in plenty of natural light. It comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and chair, plus dedicated closet space just outside the room.

You will share the kitchen, shower, and two toilets with me.

The initial contract is for 3 months, with a flexible 1-month notice period for both parties at any time. If we are both happy we will continue for a year.

I’m looking for someone who likes to spend time alone, I do value my privacy. Of course I am open to socialize but I would appreciate it if you will eat and spend the time in your room if possible.
