We are looking for a new housemate who is going to do internship or staying max 4 months.

We are a couple (two landlords) renting out three private rooms in our modern, fully renovated apartment (2025). The atmosphere in the house is peaceful, clean, and friendly.

All rooms are private.
Kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living areas, garden, and terrace are shared.

About the Home

You will be living with us (a calm, respectful couple) and our two medium-size dogs, who are friendly and well-behaved.
You must be comfortable with dogs.

The apartment includes:
	•	A shared garden
	•	A shared terrace
	•	Smoking is allowed only on the terrace (outside).

We Are Looking For
	•	Someone calm, clean, tidy, and respectful
	•	Comfortable with dogs
	•	Going to do internship or staying max 4 months.
	•	Someone who appreciates a quiet and well-maintained home
