We are looking for quite & clean person, since the other people are working and the neighbourhood is quite and old people and families living here.
Room for rent in Diemen-Zuid.
Available from 1st of March-2025 until 1st of July 2025, with possibility to extend the contract after renovating the property in this July or August-2025 (The renovation will take max 1 month).
20 min by bike to Amsterdam centre, shopping centre nearby.
We are looking for a person who is going to stay at period that mentioned above and/or willing to move to the property back after the renovation will be done.
We have also 2 beautiful Pomsky dogs at home, so we are looking for someone who likes dogs.
Ideal location for someone who is going to work nearby Amstel Station, or studying in Science park or UVA university.

Registration is possible with an official contract.
Asking kindly to not make an appointment for viewing the property if you are looking for a place for later then March.
There are two shopping centres, one in Diemen south 3 minutes by bike and the other one is in Diemen Centre 7 min by bike.
Public transportation: Diemen south Metro and train station is also with walking distance or 4-5 Min by bike.
Check public transportation website if you’re going to travel by metro or train inside Amsterdam.
All bills are included the rent(Nothing hidden).
