Looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay this summer?
I’m subletting my student apartment in Diemen from June 21 to August 6.

Single bed (1.4m x 2m)

Fully furnished with essentials: desk, chair, lamp, wardrobe

Includes bedding and basic linens — move-in ready!

🧼 Living Situation:

Shared kitchen and bathroom with one female roommate (she will move out in July, so you’ll have more privacy after that)

Quiet and student-friendly environment

🛒 Location & Amenities:

5-minute walk to Diemerplein shopping center (AH, Etos, Action, HEMA, etc.)

Parks and cafés nearby

🚉 Public Transport:

7-minute walk to Diemen train station (easy access to Amsterdam Central)

15 minutes to the nearest tram stop

5 minutes to a bus stop

🧽 Note: I’m looking for someone who can keep the space clean and respectful of the shared areas.
