Over de woonruimte

Dear gentle readers, 
we are looking for a new lovely housemate to join us in our lovely house in Diemen Noord as of March 1st. We rent the whole house with the 4 of us, and are looking for a replacement for our main tenant who is leaving. The room is 16m² and is unfurnished beside the wardrobe that is staying.
Our house is semi-detached with three floors, a backyard, a bathroom with bath/shower and an extra toilet downstairs. The rent is €861 a month all inclusive. Additionally, there is a one-time deposit of €1000. Registration is required.
The house is shared with three friendly international young women and we are looking for the fourth one to join our place! 2 of us are working Master students, the other full time worker. We love to bake, so there’s always a bake good at home! We’re all busy bees, enjoying our own separate life, but always up for drinks, dinner or a movie night together, Bridgerton is our fav! 
We are looking for a main tenant. What does that mean you may ask? The main tenant is the one who collects and sends rent and handles communication with the landlord. Our current main tenant of five years is leaving :( and we're looking for someone who is good with organization. As main tenant, your tasks are: (1) collect and send rent every month for all of us, (2) handle communication w/ the landlord, (3) sit down once a year w/ the landlord to handle the service cost settlement, and (4) handle and distribute other bills during the year (municipal taxes and water board tax). In general it's not a lot of work, just needs consistent upkeep, hence why we need someone who’s organized. This is not negotiable, if you are not up to these tasks, you will not be considered. Our current main tenant would show you the ropes, so all you’ll have to do it take over what’s already set up!  It’d be nice if you spoke Dutch but not necessary, as all of us speak English.
