I’m looking for a new co-tenant in the house im renting in den Haag. The house is located in the centre of Laak, right next to tram line 16. There is a large Albert Heijn and a plethora of other stores right next. Station den Haah Moerwijk is ~5 min by foot which makes it a nice choice for Erasmus students. Den Haah HS is ~10 minutes by bike/tram, and downtown/ the Hogeschool/ central station about 15. 

The house is ~100 square meters, has a small front yard for bike parking and a tiled backyard. On the first floor there is a furnished living room, a toilet, bathroom with a bath (used for storage/ as a workshop) and a kitchen (gas stove, washing machine). On the first floor there is a bathroom with a shower, a sink and some storage, a toilet, two rooms I am renting and the master bedroom that is for rent. There is also an attic (where the modern gas heater is installed), accessible via a folding ladder that is being used for storage. The house is shared with one other tenant (me). Im a 25yo trainee working full time (2-3 days a week from home). I appreciate cleanliness in the shared spaces and not being too loud in the evening :).

The room (~17m2) for rent is located at the front of the house, with the windows overlooking the quiet street. There are almost no cars and most of the sounds you will hear are neighbourhood kids playing. 

The room is fully furnished (180x200 bed with drawer storage, mattress, desk, chair, large wardrobe, visible in the pictures) with newly bought (by the previous tenant) ikea furniture. The furniture can be purchased from the previous tenant for €500 (negotiable).

The room is available from July 1st until at least March 31st 2026, you can consult with the landlord.

The rent is 711.96 per month (GWE, internet excl.)
Extra costs are:
- €60-75 for electricity and gas (depending on the usage)
- €12 for internet
- ~€10 for water (billed quarterly)
