Over de woonruimte

Hello dear tenant!
A room in a full female shared household is being rented out for a period of two months, starting jun 20th(dates are negotiable). Close to the train station and the beach:)!
On the photos, you can see the room, furnished, bigger bed coming!
On the video, you can see the third floor shared space and the bathroom. It is an older video, at this moment there is also the furniture and kitchen appliances.
The deposit of 700 euros as well as 500 euros for the first month of living is required upon signing the contract.
