Over de woonruimte

Hi,

Currently I've got two double rooms to rent in an apartment in the hague, ten minutes from the city centre by tram and a few minutes walk from the local town centre with all amnemities. 
The rooms are available for nine months from October until June with no extention possible, bills are included in the price of rent, the place is available for viewing soon so please inquire. 

In regard to whom the rooms shall be rented too, the person should ideally be working or a student here and please be aware the rooms are only being rented to one person. 
Deposit is 1.5 X the monthly rent but will be returned once there's no issues and the rooms come with registration. 

Please contact me by email through Kamernet and I'll follow up from there, also give me as much information as possible in regards to renting the room I.E. work occupation, finances in regard to the room and a little bit about yourself.
