Over de woonruimte

I’m looking for someone to take over my cozy room in Den Haag from 1 October - 31 December, with possibility of extension. The room has its own private balcony and comes with an external wardrobe/storage space. You will share the rest of the flat (bathroom, 2 toilets, spacious living room + kitchen) with Manuel and Alba, two young professionals who are always up for interesting dinner conversations or other activities but also enjoy a calm evening after work and like to keep the flat, especially the common spaces, clean. 

The flat is located 2 min to the dunes, 2 min to the park, 10 min to the city center and 15 min to the beach. The house also has an indoor bicycle parking.

•⁠  ⁠You will get a sublet contract with Manuel, the main tenant
•⁠  ⁠Monthly rent : 950€ = 820€ + 130€ (service cost) 
•  Monthly electricity = 12 €, water = ~12 € and wifi = 13 €, if needed)
    Water & waste taxes = 68 € for 3 months 
•⁠  ⁠1 month rent payment in advance 
•⁠  ⁠1000€ deposit
•⁠  ⁠The room will be unfurnished but there is a possibility that the bed may stay, if needed
