Over de woonruimte

Hi there,

I am looking for a housemate from 15th of June. The apartment is sunny with a balcony on south-west near station Den Hague HS.  The room is around 12M2 fully furnished.  The rest of the apartment will be shared with 1 person including: living room, sunny balcony, bathroom, 2 toilets and kitchen. The rent is 1050 all inclusive per month, and one month deposit.

I am a Masters Student at the University of Leiden, and look for someone who is also neat and clean.

·         On 8 min walk distance you can find The Hague University of applied science/ Station Den Hague HS
·         Shops, grocery stores and restaurants are on walking distance
·         Center of Den Hague can be reached in 10 min by tram
·         Public transport: Trams 1, 16 en 17
·         No smoking or pets allowed
·         Registration is possible
