Over de woonruimte

Hi,

I am looking for two new flatmates as both my current flatmates are moving in with their partners (see other ad for the 14 m2 room) from the 1st of November onwards. Registration is possible.

The room is 11.01 m2, unfurnished (but the bed can be bought from the old tenant), and the rent is 815 € including utilities. The deposit is 1000 € and there will be a one-time cost of 125 € to change the contract, which can be split with the other person moving in. 

The apartment is located right in the centre of The Hague, within 2 minutes walking distance of the tram stop Brouwersgracht. We have a common (45 m2) living room and kitchen (with oven, microwave, and dishwasher) area with large windows, a balcony, a bathroom with bathtub & washing machine and an additional separate toilet.

A bit about myself:

I’m 27 years old, from Germany, and recently started working in The Hague. In my free time, I like to go dancing and spend time with friends. I usually meal-prep and aim to start baking my own bread this autumn. I would like to find friendly and tidy flatmates, who enjoy spending time together but are respectful of personal space. With two new people moving in, I look forward to ideas on how to make this place a home.
