This bright and spacious accommodation offers all essentials for a comfortable stay in The Hague.

Private bedroom: features a bedroom with study area, a desk and office chair, wardrobe, floor lamp, and access to a balcony through glass doors. The room also includes an in-room sink area with tiled walls, a mirror, and storage shelf, providing additional convenience within the space. 

Shared living space: the apartment features multiple seating areas with comfortable chairs, decorative mantels, and large windows that create a homely and light atmosphere.

Kitchen: equipped with cabinets, sink, stove, oven, and basic appliances. From the kitchen, you also have access to the balcony.

Bathroom: fitted with a shower and washbasin. A separate toilet is also available.

Balcony: enjoy outdoor space with a view over the quiet, green surroundings.

Homestay Experience
This is not just a student room – it’s a homestay. The host recently purchased this property as an additional home and has a spare furnished bedroom available for rent.

He works for the government and lives here during the week, but also spends much of his free time with his family at their other home in The Hague. In practice, this means he is usually at work during the day, often has dinner at his family home, and comes back here in the evenings.

For students, this creates a comfortable balance: the security of having a local Dutch host in the apartment, combined with plenty of independence and privacy.


Location
The apartment is located near Lorentzplein, a lively shopping area with supermarkets, shops, and daily conveniences. Public transport is excellent, with tram stops for lines 1, 16, and 17 within a short walk, connecting you quickly to the city centre, Den Haag Central Station, the beach, and Delft.
