You’ll share the fully equipped kitchen, livingroom, washing machine and bathroom with him. - Location: Westeinde, just a 10-minute walk to the city centre. Closest tram stop is HMC Westeinde. 
Rent: €800/month (including utilities). - Deposit: €1000 - Availability: From 1-1-2026 (maybe sooner). The initial contract is for 6 months with a good chance for extension if everything works well. About you: - A working professional or student with a guarantor who can provide proof of stable income. - Calm, clean and tidy. - No pets.
