Portiekwoning with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, large dining room and separate well sized modern kitchen. Rooms avaibable in a shared house. Previous tenants have left. Rooms are mainly empty now except for the large room.

Bedrooms are private areas, other areas are shared. 

You share the living space with 2 other tenants. 

- Large room + private bathroom: 14m2 + 6m2 (available)

- Medium room: 12m2 (occupied)

- Small room 2*x 9m2 (available)

*There are two smaller rooms upstairs and one medium size. Medium size is already occupied. 

One of the small rooms is for private use and one room is shared. So an additional space to put a closet or desks is available in the other small room. Rooms are on the top level. Price for this room is 750 euro ex ga/elec/water and internet.

Large room is on the first floor (same as living and dining room, kitchen) and has its own private bathroom (toilet, shower, sink, mirror etc). There is also a bed and closet (pax) you can use. This room inc. private bathroom is 1.000 euro per month ex. gas/elec/water and internet.

Cost for energie and water is 140 euro per month.End of year there could be a cashback or extra invoice.

Notes:

- Current tenant is male.
- Couch, dining table chairs and other furniture is included for the shared spaces.
- Washer, dryer and dishwasher are available for use by tenants. 
- It's a house from the 30's, it has it's beauty but also needs it's care.
- A deposit is required.
- Can move in immediately
