Over de woonruimte

The House is a 2 floors 120 m2 upstairs apartment. Next to each heaving our private space there is a kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets, a living room and 2 balconies which we share. There are two aditional shared rooms in which I made a walk-in closet and a entry room for shoes and jackets and to dry clothes in. The character and vibe of the house is quite self-sufficient, relaxed and well organized. 

The kitchen has a dishwasher, a combi-oven, 5 pits gas cooking, 2 refrigerators, a freezer, coffee machine water cooker and blender. 
The Living room has everything it needs including a large table. 
Toilets are down and upstairs. 
Furthermore there is (of course) a washing machine and dryer. 

Environment: 
- Supermarket 3 min walk
- Beach 3 min walk
- City center 15 min bike
- Public transport in front of the door.

About myself/other tenants
Hi guys, my name is Migel. I am a social worker with teenagers in The Hague and I am a personal trainer/health coach. In my free time I’m all about, sports, family and I spent time with my girlfriend. 
I am by nature interested in the stories of people and what keept them busy. Personally slightly more introvert but always interested and open by nature. 

Over the last 10 years I shared this house with many other people from various country's and cultural backgrounds. Currently we live with 3 people in the house. Me, a girl from Finland studying in Leiden and a girl from Libanon who is sadly leaving at the end of june. So one's again the house is available for someone new to call it their home.

What do I expect from you?
- For me personally it's very important that we are clean in the spaces we share. 
- You have to be a bit self reliant. 
- The room is not available for other people besides you to have a permanent stay (visits of friends and family are always welcome!).  

Other than that I’m always in for a good conversation about whatever is happening in life. Or to do my own thing and leave you to yours. Both are absolutely fine with me.
