Hello,

My girlfriend and I are renting a house in Scheveningen and we’re currently looking for someone to take over a room from 01.01.2026.

The house is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The beach is just a 15-minute walk away, and there are plenty of shops nearby (Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Hema, Action, Gamma) as well as an entire street filled with restaurants and various local stores. The city center is less than 20 minutes by bike, and there’s a convenient tram connection close by as well.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, and desk. House is fully equipped. 

We’re preferably looking for a working person, but are open to other candidates too. Registration is possible.

We’re looking for a calm and respectful person who values peace and quiet at home.

The monthly rent is €930 (Utilities incl.), with a deposit equal to one month’s rent.
