Our apartments are shared apartments, which means everyone in the apartment is part of a residential group. The group is responsible for the entire apartment and acts like one household. If chosen, you will be part of the group.

Start date: 01-05-2026 (or latest 01-06-2026)
Rent: € 2862,00 in total for the apartment per month ((divided amongst the residents), which includes furnishing / internet / advance payment service & utilities)
Rent indexation: once a year, on the 1st of July, the base rent of the apartment is corrected for inflation
Rental payment: one transaction per month per apartment (one person collects the rent and makes one total transaction).
Utilities settlement: once a year, the utilities for the previous period are settled. The residents divide the costs or benefits amongst themselves.
Deposit: € 4500 for the apartment (per person € 1500).
Service fee: €149,- (one-time service fee that covers the costs for the new bed-linen package (pillow / sheets / linen / matras cover). 
Contract: residential group contract, everyone will sign the same document as one household for the entire apartment. 
Tenants of the apartment decide together: who sleeps in what room, and who pays which part of the rent 
Notice period: 1 calendar month (contract always ends on the last day of the next month).
Registration: always possible.
